Help Wanted Ads

Sunday April 9, 2006
There's a better use for the newspaper help wanted ads than for a dog bed, but, this one chose his own spot to lounge on. When I can get them out from the under a dog, I make a point of perusing the help wanted classifieds. The Sunday paper is especially important because there are more jobs listed, and because I never know what interesting help wanted ads I might come across.

Not all employers advertise online, so it's a good idea to include offline resources, like the help wanted ads, as part of your job search. Also, make sure that you're networking on a regular basis and using all the resources available to conduct a successful job search.
