Hiring Up for 2006

A survey released by CareerBuilder reports that 54% of hiring managers surveyed plan on adding jobs in 2006, while 2 million new jobs will be added to the economy. From the employee perspective, 47% are dissatisfied with their pay, and close to 30% plan on changing jobs this year.
