Job Search Age Discrimination Issues

When is a job seeker considered old? You might be unpleasantly surprised at how young can be considered too old. Workers in their thirties have reported being discriminated against because of their age. What can you do to overcome the perception that you are too old or your skills are out-of-date? There are strategies to combat age discrimination that will help in both job searching and interviewing. Here are some of the age discrimination issues facing "older" workers, as well as tips on how to succeed in a job search, despite your age.
