How to Tie a Tie

I'm glad I've never had to tie a tie because it doesn't look all that simple! For those of you who wear a tie, and especially for interviewing, Guest Author Caspar Isemer shares his suggestions for buying and wearing the right tie so you will favorably impress the interviewer.
