The Gray Ceiling

You may be surprised (I was) at how young can be considered too old by those who are hiring. Job seekers are reporting age discrimination beginning as early as the mid-thirties. How can this be addressed? What options are there for those of us considered "old" by hiring managers and companies? What can we do to combat age discrimination and the gray ceiling?
